3. Booking and Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance via the online booking system.

Payment is required at the time of booking through secure third-party processors. 

Zenith Roots reserves the right to refuse service or cancel appointments at their discretion.

 

 

4. Cancellation and Refunds

I understand that life happens, and flexibility is important.  You are free to cancel or reschedule your session at any time - no cancellation fees, no pressure.  I kindly ask you for a heads-up so I can offer the slot to someone else.  If you do not cancel prior to appointment, you will not be refunded. 

 

 

5. Client Responsibility

​Clients must provide accurate personal information and show up (virtually or otherwise) to their scheduled sessions on time.

Clients agree to use Reiki services respectfully and understand results may vary.

6.Limitation of Liabilty 

The Reiki services offered on this site are intended to support relaxation, stress relief, energetic balance, emotional release, and pain relief.  They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare.  Always consult with a qualified medical or mental health provider regarding any physical or psychological concerns you may have.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that Reiki is a complementary healing modality and that results may vary from person to person.  I make no specific guarantees regarding outcomes.

​To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim any liability for damages, loss, or injury resulting from your participation in Reiki sessions or from information provided on the site.  

​

Your choice to engage in Reiki is a personal one, and you agree to take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after your session.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.

8. California Legal Notice

In accordance with California Senate Bill SB-577, clients are herby informed:

• Reiki is not licensed by the state of California.

• Reiki practitioners are not medical doctors or licensed mental health professionals.

• The services provided are alternative or complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state.

• Clients have the right to a written statement outlining qualifications and the nature of the services offered

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.  Any disputes will be handled in accordance with California legal procedures.
