How it works and what to expect

Every session with me is a sacred pause - a chance to step away from the noise and return to yourself.  Because I offer distance Reiki, you don't need to be physically present for the healing to take place.  Energy isn't limited by physical distance.  It flows beyond space and time.  Think of it like tuning in to a frequency.  Just as a radio can play music from miles away, Reiki can reach you wherever you are.  Energy is intelligent.  It knows where to go and what to do.  My role is simply to channel it with loving intention.   Before your session, I recommend finding a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down or sit without being disturbed.  You might want to dim the lights, play soft music, or light a candle - anything that helps you feel relaxed and open to receiving.  During the session, you may feel warmth, tingles, emotions releasing, or simply a peaceful stillness.  Some people even fall asleep and that's perfectly okay.  After the session, give yourself time to rest, drink water, and notice how you feel.  You may continue to feel shifts in energy or emotions in the hours or days that follow.  We will be in contact to further discuss our session.  I offer video call or phone call for the session if you desire, but neither are necessary for those who want a bit of privacy. Upon booking a session, it would be helpful to have an uploaded photo of yourself.  This allows the practitioner to better focus Reiki energy to recipient. At home/public space visits may be available upon request via email if you live in kings county and nearby areas.  Please specify in booking message if you would like video call, phone call, or to communicate via text before and after session.
