Refund Policy

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You are welcome to reschedule your session at no cost. 

• There are no cancellation fees.

2. Refunds for missed Appointments

• No-shows (appointments missed without notice) are non-refundable.

• If something unexpected comes up, please reach out. I'm happy to work with you to find a new time.  

3. Satisfaction & Support

• If you're ever dissatisfied or had a challenging experience with a session, I encourage you to reach out.  While Reiki is not a guaranteed outcome-based practice, your comfort and well-being are a priority, and I'm open to compassionate conversation.
